Little baby Hank needed to sleep in bed every night with his head on the pillow and his arm wrapped around my neck. I tried everything to see if I could move him to the other side of the bed, but with no luck. I bought him a white monkey, it was very soft and had two big black eyes. He immediately grabbed it from me and started sucking on it as a pacifier. He’s had this monkey for 11 years and has not destroyed it. Hank still carries it around and uses it as a pacifier occasionally.
Hank loved to curl up on your lap when he was a baby, but he’s never outgrown that habit and still pops himself on your lap when sitting on the couch.
He always loved food and did everything he could to eat off your plate. Sometimes I would see him sitting on a chair in front of an empty plate in the dining room, waiting to be served but now that is counter height, and nothing is safe in his reach.
Hank has a very large range in his vocal capabilities from Berks to squeaks. It’s a little tiny Howells he let you know exactly what he wants and doesn’t stop until he gets it. He’s still my little baby after 11 years and I’m wishing for another 11 with my little boy.
